What we collect

Your WhatsApp number and profile name, the documents and photos you send us, and the details we read from them, such as names, document numbers and dates.

Why

Only to store your documents, find them when you ask, convert them, and remind you about them. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How it's protected

Every file and its details are encrypted with a key unique to you. Our staff tools cannot open your documents. ID cards and bank papers are never sent inside WhatsApp: they open on a secure page after your PIN.

Who processes it

Messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta). An AI provider reads each document once to name it and find its details. Files are stored with our cloud hosting provider.

Your rights

Type DELETE MY DATA on WhatsApp anytime to erase your documents, details and keys permanently. Contact us to see or correct what we hold.

How long we keep it

We keep your documents until you delete them. Message logs are deleted after 30 days, and web chats when you sign out.
